Do your doctors and staff speak English?
Yes. Consultations and coordination are available in English, and we welcome guests from around the world. Please tell us your preferred language when booking.
How do I book an appointment?
Message us on WhatsApp or KakaoTalk, book via Naver Booking, or call +82-2-540-8873. WeChat and LINE are also available on request.
Is the clinic really private?
Yes. We operate by appointment only, so guests are received one at a time in a space shielded from public view.
Where are you located?
1F & 2F, 88-18 Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul (Seolleung-ro 158-gil), a short walk from Apgujeong Rodeo Station and Cheongdam's luxury boutique street.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday 10:00–19:00, Saturday 10:00–16:00, closed on Sundays.
Can I have treatment on the same day as my consultation?
Often, yes, when the physician confirms it is suitable and you feel ready. You are never pressured to decide on the spot.
I am flying home soon. What should I consider?
Tell us your flight date when booking. Some treatments have minimal downtime, while others are better scheduled earlier in your trip. Your physician will advise you individually.
How much do treatments cost?
Costs depend on your personalised plan. Your physician and coordinator will explain the full cost before any treatment begins.
Do you offer stem cell treatments?
Our Salon de Juvénile program offers stem-cell-based regenerative care in accordance with Korean regulations, after a physician confirms suitability.
Can you help after I return home?
Yes. You will receive aftercare guidance and can contact our concierge by message with questions after your visit.
